    Great condition hygrothermograph, WEATHERtronics / QUALIMETRICS from a local University special collections library. The mechanisms have been tested and the temperature and humidity adjusted for accuracy. You'll need to purchase replacement felt tip ink stylus markers to log measurements, these are available on several web sites. The item comes with all the parts you see in the photos.
