Hastings & Co 3, XX DEEP 23k Yellow Gold PLUS 3, Gold leaf books from Hastings of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The box set appears to have been distributed to Schroeder's Paint & Glass Company on Cadillac Square in Detroit, Michigan probably sometime during the 1920s (as it has an outer label with that name and address on it.) Please see picture.
PLUS BONUS OF 6 White Gold Leaf Sheet Booklets labeled Made in Germany. The box are Vintage too. Condition is "Used". Shipped with certified USPS Mail.

Due to the delicate nature of the gold leaf sheets, there are a few crumbled edged sheets, a few slightly folded over and there are some sheets that are missing. This box once contained an application brush but it is missing.
Richard at DuMouchelles famous for appraisals and auctions in Detroit, Michigan said that he had one similar to mine and was able to give me good appraisal  guidance also from Weiss Gallery of Birmingham, Michigan too helped me come up with a value range of this gold along with the antique and collector value including the box which is in very good condition for over 100 years old.
